The Opportunity
As a Marketing Title Producer, you will play a pivotal role in bringing Netflix's most impactful campaigns and global events to life by driving conversation and engagement around our titles, brand, and talent. You will ensure that members experience the highest quality dubbed audio and expertly crafted subtitles, preserving creative intent and enhancing the localized experience for viewers everywhere. With Netflix's ongoing international expansion, support for new languages, and the introduction of new content genres, providing world-class dubbing and subtitling services is essential to our success, making this an exciting time to join the company.
The Role
The Marketing Title Producer team will serve as the single point of accountability for the end-to-end localization process across the non-title marketing slate. This role is responsible for orchestrating the seamless delivery of dubbing, subtitling, and accessibility for marketing assets, ensuring that all localized content reflects Netflix's creative vision and meets regional standards for quality and authenticity. This role partners closely with internal and external stakeholders, including Content, Post, Marketing Creative and Operations, external partners and more, to optimize workflows, resolve operational challenges, and drive continuous improvement. The environment is fast-paced, requiring the ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision, manage cross-functional stakeholders and ambitious business goals and deadlines. By championing operational excellence, this role plays a critical role in delivering a world-class member experience and supporting the successful global launch of Netflix marketing content.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Localization Ownership
- Oversee and act as the main point of contact for Globalization regarding non-title marketing projects, workflows and marketing localization tooling needs.
- Fully own the operational and tactical localization lifecycle for the non-title marketing slate, serving as the single point of accountability from kickoff through launch.
- Overseeing all language marketing assets—including dubbing, subtitling, SDH, audio description, graphic localization, metadata, and forced narratives—proactively managing cross-functional expectations, timelines, budgets, quality control, and ensuring the launch readiness of localized marketing assets, on and off service.
Cross-Functional Leadership & Collaboration
- Act as the main point of strategic contact between Content, Engineering, Product Writing, Content Localization, Product Localization, Language Producers, Marketing, Customer Service, Legal, Design, and other internal teams, ensuring alignment and seamless communication throughout the localization process.
- Facilitate collaboration between Netflix, localization partners, and production language leads to align timelines, deliverables, and quality standards. Oversee progress, resolve operational challenges, and ensure consistent, authentic localization that meets regional objectives.
Project & Workflow Management
- Plan, schedule, and manage marketing localization workflows for the non-title marketing slate, including setting the language suite strategy and vendor selection, bid management, financial tracking, and asset delivery.
- Oversee context gathering, complexity assessment, source material distribution, and project tracking while maintaining operational efficiency, ensuring our localization partners are set up to create localized assets that meet the Netflix creative standard.
- Analyze localization metrics and project data to identify opportunities for workflow optimization and to proactively resolve operational challenges.
Quality, Risk, and Issue Management
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks, as well as troubleshoot and escalate quality or operational issues as needed, to keep projects on track.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Champion the adoption of new practices, workflows, automation, and technology to streamline the marketing localization processes and support the integration of emerging media types (live, video podcasts, interactive experiences, etc.).
- Identify and flag challenges within the current workflow to support ongoing operational improvement.
- Foster a culture of partnership, transparency, and continuous improvement within the team and with external partners.
Requirements
- 5 or more years of project management experience in a high-demand, fast-paced environment, ideally in the entertainment industry; experience managing large-scale, cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment, supervising several projects at various points of production (from development through delivery).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; able to work effectively in collaboration with creative, operational, and technical teams.
- Make sound independent decisions, and know when to escalate issues
- Highly analytical, data-driven, and solutions-oriented; able to identify root causes, optimize processes, and drive operational excellence.
- Adaptable and resilient in the face of change and ambiguity; comfortable with evolving priorities and new challenges.
- Passion for operational efficiency or project management.
- Fluency in English required; additional languages a plus.
Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $132,000.00 - $220,000.00.
