Key job responsibilities:
A day in the life:
This role sits at the intersection of program management, community engagement, and financial operations within Amazon Logistics (AMZL) Brazil. On a typical day, you might start by updating the PO tracker and reviewing accountability documents received from our community partner, then join a coordination call to align on upcoming initiative milestones. In the afternoon, you could be preparing a monthly impact report with KPIs for internal stakeholders or coordinating with our TAX and Legal teams on compliance documentation. Some days, you'll be out in the field — attending community events, documenting activities, and collecting impact data directly from beneficiaries. Your internal stakeholders include AMZL leadership, Growth & Excellence team, TAX, Legal, Finance, and PR teams. Your external customers are the community partners and the communities they serve. The core problem you solve is ensuring that Amazon's community investments are executed with transparency, compliance, and measurable social impact.
About the team:
AMZL (Amazon Logistics), also referred to as the Last Mile, is the movement of packages from our Fulfillment Centers or Sort Centers to their final destination — our customers. AMZL BR launched in Nov-20 with the long-term vision of bringing an enhanced delivery experience at the right cost.
Our team focuses on EDSP (External Delivery Service Providers) and AMPL (Amazon Partner Logistics) within the Growth & Excellence program. EDSP is an asset-light, full variable cost third-party operated Delivery Station which uses Amazon tools and technology to expand delivery coverage across Brazil.
As part of our commitment to the communities where we operate, we are launching community engagement initiatives to strengthen Amazon's relationship with local communities — driving real social impact through strategic partnerships with leading social organizations. This is a brand-new position and a unique opportunity to shape how Amazon Logistics engages with communities across Brazil.
