Design Quality Assurance And Delivery Manager

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and process-driven Design Quality Assurance (QA) and Delivery Manager to join our Production Design team. This role is critical in ensuring that creative assets meet the highest standards of quality while driving efficiency in the delivery process. You will be responsible for signing off on assets, managing delivery to marketing partners, and continuously improving workflows to simplify and automate quality reviews. While this is not a trafficker role, you will be the final checkpoint for design output, ensuring assets are brand-compliant, accurate, and delivered seamlessly through Box and other asset management systems. You will also champion process innovation, creating new Standard Operation Processes (SOPs) that save time and build the foundation for future automation.

Key job responsibilities include:

• Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of design assets (homepage ads, mobile/web, email, social content) to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and quality standards.
• Delivery Management: Oversee the final sign-off and delivery of assets to marketing partners through Box, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to understand requirements, provide feedback, and uphold creative excellence.
• Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in the QA and delivery workflow, propose and implement new SOPs, and explore automation opportunities.
• Documentation & Training: Maintain clear records of QA reviews, update quality guidelines, and lead workshops or training sessions to reinforce standards across the team.
• Continuous Feedback: Establish regular touchpoints with Art and Creative Directors to refine processes and ensure stakeholder expectations are consistently met.
• Innovation: Stay informed about industry trends, tools, and best practices to bring forward fresh ideas for improving quality and efficiency.
