Amazon is seeking a talented and data-driven Email Lifecycle Campaign Marketing Manager to join the Relay acquisition marketing team. In this role, you will own the end to end development, and execution of email marketing campaigns across the full customer lifecycle — from acquisition and onboarding to engagement, retention, and re-engagement. You will partner cross-functionally with product, data science, and program teams to build highly personalized, segmented campaigns that drive measurable impact at scale. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of email marketing experience, deep expertise in marketing automation platforms (such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Braze), and a strong analytical mindset with a passion for A/B testing and performance optimization. You thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and can translate complex data insights into compelling customer communications that move the needle. A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required, with an MBA preferred.
