The CEO Engagements Team creates opportunities to build and deepen CEO relationships by executing impactful engagement opportunities. The team sits within the Global Executive Marketing function which builds and launches programs that are intended to build, deepen, and strengthen relationships with top decision makers to drive business. The CEO Engagements Team is seeking an Executive Briefing Docs Manager to help deliver bar raising customer briefing docs, track and measure key program metrics, and identify key trends to inform future decision making. This candidate will be responsible for reviewing customer briefing documents and working closely with teams to make appropriate revisions, such as clarifying outcomes and/or talking points. The candidate will have writing and editorial skills, as well as experience working in a fast-paced environment. This position works on several high-impact, high-visibility programs and interacts with a diverse group of globally distributed stakeholders. It requires an individual with attention to detail and excellent organizational and communication skills. There is a heavy focus on operational efficiency, project and stakeholder management, and continuous improvement. This role requires the candidate to insist on the highest standards and dive deep. The ideal candidate demonstrates executive presence, is comfortable in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment, and adapts well when navigating change.
