Are you interested in innovating to deliver a world-class service to Amazon's Selling Partners at SCALE? Does building teams & processes which can impact sellers around the world at SCALE excite you? If yes, you have reached the right place. You will lead a business function and work closely with global product owners of various seller facing solutions to drive adoption of those products. Will be responsible for designing and driving Go-To-Market strategies for products and managing a team of 50+ members. Person needs to be a seasoned and inspirational leader, who has experience in managing and influencing leaders, bringing new ideas to life and has good understanding of products along with business.

We are the team in Amazon which has a charter to work with sellers from every country. This provides a great opportunity to get diverse experience and a worldwide view.

This role will lead a new & growing function and the successful candidate will have to thrive in an ambiguous environment where they must develop, implement and iterate data, processes & mechanisms. The job requires you to hit the ground running and your ability to learn quickly and work on disparate and overlapping tasks will define your success. A commitment to team work, hustle, and strong communication skills are absolute requirements.

Key job responsibilities:

  • Lead the function & build a strong 3-year plan/strategy for the function which can exponentially scale
  • Own key annual business goals for products like seller adoption, units growth, SX, VOS
  • Responsible for end-to-end business planning from goal setting, resource allocation, tracking and deliver results
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage regularly with stakeholders across various levels to co-own goals, track progress, resolve conflicts, and align on strategic decisions
  • People Management: Lead a sizable organization, with a team of direct reports, responsible for career advancement, performance management, team structure, and culture

The Seller Delight & Growth (SDG) team's mission is to design & improve seller programs/initiatives, recommend and enroll sellers into them to drive their business growth.
