Position Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement scalable deployment processes for robotic systems in fulfillment centers.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, quality control standards, and deployment playbooks.
- Conduct cycle time studies and labor analyses.
- Develop sustainability initiatives and recycling programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize installation and commissioning procedures.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering field and three years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
- Must have one year of experience in the following skill(s): (1) developing technical documentation and work instructions for industrial automation systems; (2) performing quality control assessments and process improvement; (3) conducting time and motion studies; (4) implementing sustainable manufacturing practices; and (5) using project management tools and data analysis software.
- Domestic and/or international travel up to 50% to perform role responsibilities may be required.
