The Social Marketing team at Amazon is seeking an experienced engineering leader to join our dynamic group. We own Amazon's automated marketing programs across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Pinterest, and more. In this role, you'll lead the development of measurement and reporting systems that track key marketing performance indicators—including marketing incrementality, spend elasticity, and campaign performance. These insights enable partner teams to evaluate program updates and optimize their strategies. You'll deliver data-driven capabilities to stakeholders worldwide, empowering them to make informed decisions that drive business impact.
