A day in the life:
You'll be responsible for having a strong backlog of improvement ideas of our customer experience, experimenting and reporting on new ideas and keeping an eye on business and performance metrics to ensure our experience delights our customers. As the expert in our onsite experience, you'll be consulting country marketing leaders, business leaders, and product managers how to launch new features/GTM/program initiatives but will also be responsible for the implementation.
