We are looking for a builder who can think big and invent and simplify to launch and scale the Amazon Ads Alliance program for India Cross Border Ecommerce. This role will create a partner-led growth engine by building deep, trusted relationships with SPNs, tool providers, service providers, and seller-trainers - turning the broader ecosystem into active advocates for Amazon Ads.
Operating in a fast-paced, start-up–like environment, the Partnership & Alliance Manager will define and own the end-to-end alliance strategy—identifying and onboarding high-impact SPNs, tool providers, service providers, and seller-trainers, and enabling them to act as credible educators and advocates for Amazon Ads. The role will focus on building structured, repeatable engagement models that allow partners to deliver thought leadership at events, co-create high-quality educational content, and amplify Amazon Ads narratives through their own channels and communities.
This is a high-visibility role that works closely with senior global selling stakeholders and also collaborating closely with cross border alliance teams to integrate alliance partners into Amazon-led programs and campaigns. The ideal candidate will combine strong ecosystem instincts with operational rigor, ensuring partnerships are scalable, measurable, and directly tied to seller engagement and advertiser growth.
