Key job responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive technical vision and strategy for advanced manufacturing systems across multiple facilities
• Spearhead the development and implementation of advanced simulation frameworks as a cornerstone of our manufacturing strategy, including digital twin technology and process optimization methodologies
• Lead architectural design for complex factory systems, establishing industry-leading technical standards
• Create governance frameworks and technical roadmaps for manufacturing system development
• Drive innovation in simulation modeling, digital twin technology, and process optimization methodologies
