Principal Science Technical Product Manager

We are looking for a Principal Science Technical Product Manager to lead the development and scaling of science-based solutions that power key customer experiences and supply chain decisions. In this cross-functional role, you will collaborate with applied/data science, engineering, operations, other product managers, and executive teams to bring AI/ML products to market, develop and grow business opportunities, and enhance our platform capabilities.

Duties will include formulating a business vision for your product domain, gathering business and functional requirements from internal customers and end-users, and translating those requirements into technical specifications to build robust, scalable, and supportable solutions that work well with a range of complex systems. The Technical Product Manager serves as the technical as well as business lead throughout the entire development lifecycle including scoping, planning, conceptualizing, designing, testing, documenting, and shipping the product to the end customer, keeping in mind issues around tech debt, scalability, performance and latency, and compatibility with technology and business goals.

Key job responsibilities include defining and driving the product vision and roadmap for science-based products and cross-functional AI/ML initiatives for the digital supply chain. Collaborate with applied/data science teams to translate business problems into model requirements, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with product goals. Work closely with science, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to prioritize features and experiments. Own the full product lifecycle: from data acquisition, model development, experimentation, evaluation, deployment, and continuous monitoring. Evangelize model-driven decision-making across partner teams; help establish adoption mechanisms.
