Project Kuiper is an initiative to increase global broadband access through a constellation of 3,236 satellites in low Earth orbit (LEO). Its mission is to bring fast, affordable broadband to unserved and underserved communities around the world. Project Kuiper will help close the digital divide by delivering fast, affordable broadband to a wide range of customers, including consumers, businesses, government agencies, and other organizations operating in places without reliable connectivity.

The Project Kuiper team is looking for a seasoned Principal Product Manager-Technical (PMT or PMT-ES) who are high performing, motivated and believe in our mission to close the digital divide. We operate in a fast-paced startup environment and offer a plethora of challenging and rewarding projects for our team. Everyday is Day 1 at Kuiper and we are just getting started.

Key Job Responsibilities

This Senior PMT role will be responsible for owning the end-to-end experience for Enterprise customers globally. This involves cross functional close partnership not only with the Business and GTM teams including regional leads, but also industry SMEs, UX and Design teams, Engineering leaders and stakeholders and fellow PMTs whose areas impact the customer experience. The role will be highly visible to Senior Leadership and is scoped to potentially achieve the next level for the right candidate.

What We Are Looking For

Seasoned Amazonian well versed and excelling at working backwards and structured thinking. Experience with AWS Services and concepts is a must. Customer Obsessed. Experience working directly with customers and cross functional teams across Engineering, Business, Design, GTM, Marketing. Solid communicator – able to expertly craft the product vision and present to senior leadership to elicit their buy in and support. Core Product Skills – Lead the product roadmap, create cogent business requirements documents which can easily be translated into product and engineering deliverables. Strong business judgment, ability to dive deep into data and KPIs and collaborate with business teams on big opportunities. Strong Technically, able to collaborate closely with engineering partners on technology choices and contribute to/lead technical approach and strategy discussions. Gen-AI experience and interest is a big plus.
