We are seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the development of a new, external-facing product and associated customer experiences. This role will own a critical set of capabilities that enable external partners and client applications to integrate seamlessly with our systems, while also delivering intuitive, high-quality customer-facing experiences. This is a 0→1 role focused on building and scaling a new business capability. You will define the long-term vision and product strategy, working backwards from customer needs to design scalable product solutions and user experiences that drive adoption. You will operate across multiple layers of the stack—owning APIs, integrations, and orchestration, while also shaping first-party applications and workflows. This role requires strong technical depth, product judgment, and the ability to operate effectively in highly ambiguous environments.
