As a key member of the AWS Supply Chain team, you'll drive the adoption of our solution, an adaptive AI system that unifies planning, data, and automation. You'll work directly with strategic customers to deploy AI agents for inventory optimization, demand-supply alignment, and real-time decision-making. Your expertise will bridge supply chain operations, ERP ecosystems, and AI innovation, ensuring that we deliver measurable business outcomes while guiding its evolution across industries as diverse as energy, manufacturing, and more.

We are looking for a highly talented and technical/functional Supply Chain practitioner who can help guide customers in their adoption of the AWS Supply Chain and provide the requisite guidance and insight to the product management teams to continually improve the suite of applications. This candidate will join a Global SWAT team focused on AWS's most critical customers, reporting directly to the Head of Customer Success for AWS Supply Chain. Successful candidates will have demonstrated experience designing and deploying solutions across the end-to-end supply chain. Domain areas of expertise include but not limited to:

  • Planning: Demand planning, Supply planning, Integrated business planning
  • Supply Chain Networks: Manufacturing & distribution network optimization, Control towers, Global trade
  • Inventory Management & Order Fulfillment: Available to promise, Fulfill to promise, Warehouse planning & operations
  • Inventory optimization, Demand intelligence, Operational data harmonization, Multi-domain agentic workflows and AI-driven decision automation

Key job responsibilities include:

  • Engage with lighthouse customers, set/manage their expectations, identify and remove barriers to adoption.
  • Conduct customer briefing and use the customer feedback to continually improve the product direction, identifying/confirming market needs and understanding customer priorities.
  • Provide direction, clear set of priorities to the technical product managers to support early-stage adoption.
  • Solid functional/technical understanding of integration requirements to source systems of record, including major ERPs (SAP/Oracle/Infor/NetSuite).
  • Work with the Sales organization and help them understand how to position capabilities, use cases that can be addressed with current product capabilities and prioritize product features with inbound PMs based on their feedback.

A day in the life:

  • The ideal candidate will possess functional and technical understanding of integration requirements for major ERP's such as SAP, Oracle, Infor, NetSuite that will enable you to represent AWS Supply Chain requirements to the community of product managers, developers, & architects.
  • The ideal candidate should also have demonstrated the ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical considerations.
  • We are looking for someone who is passionate about:
    • Providing supply chain thought leadership to our customers and AWS Supply Chain teams.
    • Leading lighthouse customers in adopting AI agents (monitoring, root cause analysis, recommendation) to automate inventory management, reduce stockouts, and resolve demand-supply mismatches.
    • Translating customer feedback into product priorities, ensuring our agents align with real-world use cases like supplier risk mitigation and network optimization.
    • Ensuring we deliver measurable business results for our customers with the implementation of AWS Supply Chain.
    • Engaging with customers to understand their business drivers to improve the AWS Supply Chain application portfolio.
    • Identifying new opportunities in finance, logistics, or procurement where decision intelligence can drive value. Partnering with technical PMs to improve the agent framework, prioritizing features based on customer needs.
    • Enabling sales teams to position Prism's unique differentiators: adaptive learning, Amazon's supply chain IP, and reduced implementation timelines.
    • Innovating: Working on a wide range of supply chain use cases.
