We are seeking an experienced, innovative and detail-oriented User Research Professional to join our dynamic team. The professional plays a crucial role in supporting Product & UX manager strategic decision-making by providing accurate market intelligence. The Market Researcher gathers market data from internal and external sources, industry reports, and primary research to assist internal stakeholders with data to support their business needs. The Product Support Team focuses on collecting, analyzing, and interpreting market data to produce actionable insights to inform our business decisions and drive growth. This role requires fast learning capabilities, deep curiosity about seller behavior and voices, and the research & analytical horsepower to offer actionable insights.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is energized by a fast-paced and highly entrepreneurial environment. She/he will be comfortable working in an environment with minimal supervision, and across multiple functions to drive consensus among stakeholders across various teams. Keys to success will be the ability to utilize customer insight and data to develop marketing programs, own topical and high-value events for the categories and design high engagement campaigns. The candidate will be comfortable in analyzing data, gathering actionable conclusions and delivering stretch results in a fast-paced environment.
