We are seeking a tenured Product Manager with a deep technical background and a successful history of delivering high-impact, multi-organizational, and multi-year initiatives. This role is critical for driving the Premium Shopping Experience for Amazon.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Manage product end-to-end lifecycles, from customer research, through strategic and roadmap planning, to experimentation, launch, product adoption and customer feedback
• Partner with UX designers and software developers to deliver products based on roadmaps you create
• Launch the vision, strategy, and roadmap and influence key stakeholders to align and deliver on that vision
• Implement the go-to-market plan and execution, working to ensure that internal teams have what they need to be successful
• Define goals and monitor key performance metrics to identify opportunities and improve product performance
• Focus on areas where the business strategy has not yet been defined.

A Day in the Life

Effectively partner with all levels of leadership. You are adept at building consensus. You are able to represent, verbally and in writing, complex decisions, trade-offs, and potential solutions clearly to leaders up to 3 levels above to help them understand the decisions they have to make and what options they have. You influence organization priorities, system owners, business, and technology direction. You manage cross-functional communication to ensure all stakeholders are informed and needs aligned.
