Senior AI Product Manager

We are seeking a talented and technical Senior AI Product Manager to lead NBS (New Business and New Sellers) AI initiatives. This senior role will spearhead AI-powered solutions to support seller growth, optimize seller recruitment and account management, and address cross-border commerce challenges. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in AI/ML product development, with proven experience driving global initiatives across organizations. This position will identify business opportunities, develop product strategies, and orchestrate collaboration between technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners across regions. The role demands expertise in articulating business opportunities into technical requirements and translating technical concepts into business value, while managing distributed teams and leading product launches in a fast-paced environment. Success requires exceptional stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence without authority, drive alignment, and communicate effectively with senior leadership. Fluency in Chinese and English is essential, and understanding of cross-border e-commerce is preferred.
