In this role, you own the Voice of Shipper product for Amazon Global Logistics Imports, shaping how customer insights are captured and translated into action. You design and scale feedback mechanisms that reflect the full logistics journey, then synthesize multi-source signals into clear, decision-grade insights. You spend your time identifying key drivers of customer experience, quantifying their impact, and translating findings into concrete product and investment recommendations. You partner closely with Product, Sales, Operations, and Data Science to ensure customer voice directly informs roadmap decisions and business priorities. Your work shows up in WBR/MBR/QBR and investment planning cycles, where you influence leadership decisions and help redirect investments. Beyond execution, you continuously evolve how insights are generated—raising the bar on signal quality, coverage, and speed as the business scales.
