Today, more than 50% of Amazon's total unit sales come from third-party selection. The Global Selling into Latam team is responsible for international Sellers' success and growth on Amazon. Our vision is to be the first choice for all types of Global businesses to join Latam.
You will lead the end to end conception and implementation for a new product that will simplify cross border in Latam across both Tech and non-Tech workstreams. You will be responsible for owning the design, budget, resourcing, coordination, and build the program support to manage this new product for cross border. This is a unique opportunity to manage a product and program setup that has large impact for Amazon and customers. You will coordinate with business leaders, tax, legal, and engineers to develop the program roadmap required to support new legislations.
The candidate should have strong communication skills to work closely with stakeholders across multiple stores and functions, a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, have strong attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced landscape.
