Senior Product Manager
Amazon's Global Finance Solutions (GFS) organization operates in a fast-paced, data-driven, and highly collaborative environment with focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences. GFS is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and delivery of AI-powered capacity planning solutions across Amazon's Last Mile and Customer Fulfillment networks. This role owns our flagship initiatives which deploy AI agents to deliver autonomous planning solutions while keeping humans in the loop for judgment, exceptions, and strategic decisions.
As the Senior Product Manager, you will define the product roadmap, orchestrate collaboration across technical teams (SDEs, data scientists, BIEs) and business stakeholders (Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, etc.), and drive phased delivery from pilot through full-scale autonomous operations. You will translate complex business problems into clear product requirements, establish governance frameworks for agentic systems, and communicate strategy and impact to senior leadership. You will own success metrics spanning gearing ratio improvements, hours recovered, cost savings, planning cycle compression, and scenario throughput.
Key job responsibilities:
- Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Own the end-to-end product vision and multi-year roadmap for AI-powered capacity planning initiatives, progressing from targeted SOP driven task automation to fully autonomous scenario planning
- Identify and prioritize automation opportunities mapped to high-volume manual planning tasks, define success metrics, and build business cases quantifying efficiency gains, planning cycle compression, hours recovered, and cost savings at scale
- Drive phased delivery across multiple geographies (EU, APAC, MENA, LATAM), managing dependencies, risks, and technical debt while ensuring each phase delivers measurable impact before scaling to the next
- Governance, Infrastructure & Human-in-the-Loop
- Establish governance frameworks that embed structured human oversight at every phase of agentic operations, including output validation protocols, exception-handling paths, and escalation mechanisms
- Manage AWS account resources, permissions, and infrastructure access tickets to unblock engineering velocity and maintain security compliance throughout development and deployment
- Define and evolve the end-user role transition from planning execution to strategic decision-making, ensuring agentic systems augment rather than replace human judgment
- Cross-Functional Orchestration & Stakeholder Management
- Lead collaboration across NA and RoW(rest-of-world) Product and Tech teams as well as business teams (operations, finance, and regional planning teams) by driving alignment under a shared design principle across independently operating organizations
- Champion program impact to senior leadership through data-driven narratives, influencing without authority to maintain strategic alignment, resolve cross-team conflicts, and sustain delivery momentum
- Drive clear and consistent communication of roadmap progress, trade-offs, and milestone outcomes across distributed teams and multiple geographies
