This is a business critical role in the ROW Product team for managing Units Per Box (UPB) metric for ROW countries. This role will require working closely with Supply chain teams, Product teams, and category teams to ideate and drive strategic initiatives to improve Costs influenced by Units Per Purchase to unit per box conversions.
Key job responsibilities include driving improved UPB for ROW Amazon on an ongoing basis, using all input parameters across inventory stocking at FCs (both Amazon & External), technology tools, working with the relevant category partner teams to drive customer order behavior on the platform to support driving up Units per Purchase and Units per Box partnering with product teams. The role requires complete ownership end to end of the UPB program. It requires ongoing engagement with Supply chain, operations, Products, and business stakeholders at a senior level, working closely with stakeholders to define goals and deliver to them year on year.
About the team: The ROW SC Product team is a central team supporting Products for Supply chain teams across ROW. The UPB charter focuses on packaging splits reduction initiatives and has a direct bearing on customer experience and profitability. Stakeholders include leaders at Director and VP levels across organizations. Skill requires sharp data analysis, interpretation, and articulation with stakeholders and safeguard the tenets of the charter through engaging with the stakeholder. It is a high visibility role with high impact.
