Product Leader For Unified Shipment And Inventory Tracking

Amazon's Shipment Technologies (STS) team is responsible for key technology that enables planning, orchestration, and execution of transportation service to deliver billions of packages to Amazon.com customer globally. Our goal is to ensure the best delivery experience for customers across all geographies through a highly scalable, adaptive, and autonomous transportation network.

We are looking for a product leader to drive strategy and delivery of unified shipment and inventory tracking capabilities for Amazon and its partners. They will own critical Amazon services that aggregate real-time data from our transportation network combined with predictive supply chain data to drive automation, efficiency, and visibility. They will manage consolidation of these capabilities into an enterprise wide, unified visibility solution with both API primitives and business specific UX features.

You own your products end-to-end and influence the direction of our product and technology which impacts hundreds-of-millions of customers around the world. Key Job Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert in transportation visibility, leveraging your deep domain knowledge to identify market trends, customer pain points, and opportunities for product enhancement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and customer success, to translate business requirements into technical specifications and drive the successful implementation of new product features and enhancements
• Develop a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with the company's overall strategic objectives and effectively communicates it to stakeholders
• Continuously gather and analyze customer feedback, market intelligence, and industry insights to inform product decisions and ensure the delivery of high-value solutions
• Champion a customer-centric design approach, working closely with Operational, Business, and UX team to optimize the user experience and drive product adoption
• Manage the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring that milestones are met, risks are mitigated, and the product is delivered on time and within budget
• Represent the product and the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings to build brand awareness and strengthen relationships
