Senior UX Designer, Alexa Enterprise

Senior UX Designer

We're seeking an innovative Senior UX Designer to help us expand Alexa to hotels, businesses, and beyond. In this role, you'll work with a blend of visual and voice interfaces to bring Alexa to more customers in more places, whether on home smart TVs or while vacationing—transforming technology used at home and on the go into intuitive, personal experiences.

Key job responsibilities include:

• Leading the end-to-end design process for complex features and products.
• Starting with early-stage design concepts that help stakeholders and leaders deeply understand the customer experience.
• Ending with actively collaborating with engineers as they implement your specifications.
• Routinely partnering with design teams across Alexa to both adopt and extend existing design systems.
• Developing new patterns and uncovering best practices to contribute to Alexa Enterprise Figma libraries.
• Incorporating insights from relevant Alexa research, conducting hallway testing, and running user research with Dscout to inform and validate your decisions.
• Partnering with peer designers, product and tech owners, marketing, solutions architects, and business development to ensure the customer remains at the center of our decision-making.
