About the team:
Amazon Business EU Product is shaping the EU-specific solutions by working backwards from the specific customer requirements on select, critical charters. As non-tech Product Managers, we own the EU customer journey in charters where the requirements are vastly different from the US. We are a team that influences without authority, so we are looking for individuals that can earn trust with global stakeholders through domain expertise. We achieve this by listening to multiple sources (Voice of Customer; Competition Benchmarking; Customer Service Cases; Customer Service data; UX Research; Industry trends) to stay connected to our respective domains and inform our roadmaps.
