Key Job Responsibilities
As a leader and manager of the team- You will be working with business partners, software development engineers, testers, and UI/UX designers to design, implement, test, launch, and maintain Global Installment Lending (GIL) experiences for Amazon customers.
You will have significant influence on our overall strategy by helping define product features, drive system architecture, and spearhead the best-practices that enable a quality product.
You will learn a variety of advanced technologies, development processes, and develop well-rounded skills such as leadership, and effective project management.
You will also be responsible for building a strong development team and developing career plans for the engineers reporting to you.
