As Customer References Manager for LATAM, you will be the strategic architect identifying and vetting the customers whose stories will create "wow" moments for our audiences. This role requires working backwards from AWS's strategic priorities to proactively seek customers who embody the narratives that matter most, ensuring we deliver fewer, higher-impact customer stories that drive meaningful business results.
As part of the AWS Customer References team—the central hub for all AWS customer reference activities—you will ensure consistency, quality, and strategic alignment across the LATAM region. You'll focus resources on customers and narratives that reflect AWS's strategic priorities and areas of significant business investment, serving as the trusted partner that amplifies customer voices and showcases AWS's transformational impact.
