The Global Tax and Account Compliance team is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Management - Tech to own the product strategy and roadmap for compliance infrastructure serving millions of sellers across Amazon's marketplace. This role operates at the intersection of organizational transformation, technical and science product development, and cross-functional leadership to combat bad actor fraud and abuse, driving critical decisions about compliance risk controls and platform architecture.

You will define the product vision for systems processing millions of verifications annually, protecting billions in gross merchandise sales, and enabling Amazon's expansion into new markets. This role requires navigating complex stakeholder landscapes across 5+ VP organizations while balancing regulatory requirements, technical constraints, and seller experience.

Key job responsibilities:

• Lead a team of product managers to own the multi-year product roadmap for tax compliance infrastructure spanning Prevention, Detection, Investigation, and Enforcement capabilities
• Own product roadmap for document-free verification and dynamic data collection systems, delivering measurable improvements in seller experience. Define product features that reduce customer friction through improved compliance mechanisms (e.g., reducing verification time from weeks to days)
• Drive product decisions that balance regulatory obligations, seller experience, system scalability, and operational efficiency
• Translate investigation insights and emerging fraud patterns into prioritized product requirements and technical initiatives
• Present product strategy and business cases to VP-level audiences, securing buy-in and investment for transformational initiatives
• Define success metrics, KPIs, and monitoring frameworks that track product effectiveness across compliance domains. Measure product success through metrics including verification completion rates, false positive rates, investigation cycle times, and seller satisfaction
