As a Senior Product Manager on the Lifecycle Experiences team, you will own the product vision and execution roadmap for our Progression Intelligence charter. This charter sits at the intersection of machine learning, real-time decisioning, and customer lifecycle strategy - and is responsible for determining which customers to engage, with what action, at what moment, and through which channel. You will lead the technical integration of our rewards optimization, causal measurement, and action intelligence systems onto a unified agentic orchestration platform - enabling faster experimentation, more personalized interventions, and greater operational efficiency across all our emerging locales. This is a deeply technical role that requires equal comfort with ML systems, API architecture, and product strategy. You will work closely with applied scientists, software engineers, and marketing stakeholders to ship systems that directly delight millions of customers.
