Sr. Technical Product Manager

Application AI Solutions (AAIS) is on a mission to build delightful AI solutions that improve human capabilities and business outcomes. As part of AWS, AAIS develops intelligent applications that transform how customers work, collaborate, and create. Amazon WorkSpaces, a core product within AAIS, delivers secure cloud desktops to millions of users worldwide—and we're reimagining what's possible when you combine Desktop as a Service with AI capabilities. Our organization brings together world-class engineering, product, and research teams to push the boundaries of AI-powered productivity, making advanced technologies accessible and practical for enterprises of all sizes. We're building the future of work, where AI agents and LLMs seamlessly augment human creativity and productivity in cloud-based desktop environments.

We're seeking a Sr. Technical Product Manager with deep AI/LLM/AI agent experience to architect and deliver the next generation of Desktop as a Service products and features. In this role, you'll define how generative AI, large language models, and intelligent agents transform the cloud desktop experience. You'll work at the intersection of AI innovation and enterprise desktop computing, translating emerging AI capabilities into customer-facing features that deliver measurable business value. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience building AI/ML products, understands the technical nuances of LLMs and agent frameworks, and can articulate a compelling vision for how AI will fundamentally reshape how knowledge workers interact with their digital workspaces.

Key job responsibilities:

  • Create the product vision and strategy and align with key stakeholders.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer to prioritize features based on solving the largest customer needs.
  • Manage the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical execution.
  • Partner with engineering teams to deliver on the product roadmap.
  • Establish goals and review metrics to measure the success and identify areas of improvement.
  • Define and maintain a product roadmap with inputs from all stakeholders.
  • Provide effective, executive-level written documents for new features that work backwards from the customer.
  • Advocate and execute pricing models and naming for new products or features.

About the team:

This team is a good fit for you if:

  • You are sensitive to customer needs and interested in having a firsthand impact on Amazon's global customer base.
  • You truly care about the business results of what you build, not just the elegance of the technology.
  • You care about data security and how you can reduce the chance of exfiltration.
  • You like to solve interesting technology problems.
  • You enjoy collaborating in a diverse team environment.
  • You are a passionate learner and motivated to take on new challenges.
