In this role, you will work closely with product managers, program managers, software engineers, and operations stakeholders to support special use cases from Returns evaluation. You will deliver product solutions focused on Returns Fraud and Abuse prevention, and other item escalation use cases. You will be an expert in creating innovations which enable Amazon to detect abuse and improve the overall customer experience.
