About the Role: Designers on the Monetization team work across the full product lifecycle—from early concept and opportunity exploration through launch and ongoing iteration. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and data partners to design thoughtful monetization experiences that balance business goals with creator and viewer trust. Success in this role requires strong systems thinking, experimentation mindset, and a deep care for the people who power Twitch's communities.

About the Team: The Twitch Monetization UX team is responsible for designing the experiences that power sustainable growth for creators, viewers, and Twitch itself. We build and evolve the systems that enable creators to earn while ensuring that revenue opportunities feel natural, rewarding, and aligned with the spirit of live communities. A Monetization UX Designer is expected to lead design work at the project level, partner closely with senior cross-functional stakeholders, represent work to executive leadership, and guide and mentor junior designers while reporting directly to a Director of Design.
