We are looking for a talented Technical Product Manager to join our office in Lisbon, Portugal. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset to drive innovation within our organisation. The ideal candidate will be actively involved in the hands-on implementation, scaling, and growth of our B2B2C offering, Telco-as-a-Service. Additionally, the candidate will represent our solution to partners, ensuring their needs are met while fostering strong relationships. Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy and Vision: Lead the strategy and roadmap for our financial platform, which handles complex billing, revenue management, and tax flows for B2B and B2B2C customers. This includes building and managing financial flows and integrations with ERP-equivalent systems and/or other Tax, Billing & Revenue management systems such as Oracle BRM, to support global financial operations.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between business executives, finance, engineering, and external partners. Drive alignment on the product vision and ensure buy-in for the financial product roadmap.
• Product Development: Translate business needs and financial requirements into actionable product features that drive automation, reduce operational costs, and improve the user experience for both internal teams and external customers.
• Financial Operations Ownership: Own and enhance key financial operations roadmap, including multi-jurisdiction rules handling, cross-border invoicing, partner billing, and tax compliance. This includes overseeing the integration with Payment Service Providers (PSPs) and cash collection processes, including reconciliation of payment data.
• Go-to-Market (GTM): Work with our GTM organization and our partners to understand new financial process needs, for customer billing and identify market opportunities, and develop new solutions in multiple EU and Global Markets.
• Execution and Delivery: Drive the product discovery process and collaborate with engineering to ensure timely and predictable delivery of valuable features. Adapt the roadmap based on feedback and evolving company priorities.
