SALARY: $73,000 - $75,000 per year

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Marketing Analytics Manager plays a key role in shaping how the organization understands and engages its audiences. This position is responsible for transforming data into actionable insights that inform marketing strategy and drive visitation, donations, and program participation.
Working across digital, email, and social channels, this role partners closely with marketing and IT to analyze performance, identify audience opportunities, and improve data quality and reporting systems. The ideal candidate is both analytical and collaborative, with experience working across multiple platforms and translating data into clear, strategic recommendations.
This role is part of the Marketing & Communications team and reports to the Senior Vice President, Marketing & Communications.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
· Collects analysis of multi-channel marketing performance (digital, email, social) to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization
· Designs and maintains dashboards and reporting frameworks that support data-driven decision-making
· Analyzes campaign performance and provides actionable recommendations to improve engagement and conversion
· Manages audience data within Marketing Cloud, including segmentation, imports/exports, and data hygiene
· Partners with Marketing and IT to identify and resolve data discrepancies, duplication, and system issues
· Collaborates cross-functionally to improve data flow, reporting accuracy, and overall system efficiency
· Recommends and supports implementation of tools, processes, and best practices to enhance analytics capabilities
REQUIRED SUPPORT FOR ORGANIZATIONAL EVENTS
· Participate in the Annual 5K Fundraiser and 9/11 Commemoration, as assigned
· Assist with other special projects and events in support of the 9/11 Memorial & Museum, as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED
· Bachelor's degree
· 1–3 years of experience in digital analytics, marketing analytics, or related field
· Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics
· Strong Microsoft Excel skills
· Experience working with marketing platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar tools
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
· Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
PREFERRED:
· Experience with database structures, data management, and data hygiene best practices
· Experience building reports across multiple data sources or platforms
· Familiarity with digital marketing channels including paid media, email, and social
