BRAND Designer - Remote Eligible

Join Our Creative Team as a Brand Designer

We are seeking a talented Brand Designer to join Superette, DoorDash's award-winning in-house creative studio. This remote position offers the opportunity to work with a multi-disciplinary team of creative professionals to elevate our brand and drive growth through innovative design.

Responsibilities

• Produce Co-Marketing assets at scale, including video templates and social content, using DoorDash design templates.
• Art direct CGI productions with external partners, ensuring alignment with DoorDash's brand standards.
• Drive conversion-focused assets while maintaining visual identity consistency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn insights into impactful creative.
• Optimize creative using data and insights to enhance emotional resonance and long-term equity.
• Experiment with new formats and storytelling techniques to expand DoorDash's brand presence.
• Foster AI adoption within the team to improve speed, scalability, and innovation.

Requirements

• 4 years of professional design experience in brand and growth marketing.
• Portfolio showcasing brand-building work and growth-focused design.
• Proven ability to execute Co-Marketing and performance ad campaigns with high craft and quick turnaround.
• Experience art directing CGI or live-action productions with external partners.
• Hands-on expertise in creating impactful content across various platforms.
• Ability to articulate and defend strategic design decisions to senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (especially After Effects).

Preferences

• Background in technology, media, or digital advertising.
• AI fluency and experience integrating AI into creative processes.
