The Marketing Associate will collaborate with the ADO Marketing Manager to support independent eye care practices. You will manage various marketing processes and projects, create marketing collateral, and execute marketing plans to enhance brand cohesion and drive revenue growth. Your role will involve tracking and reporting marketing outcomes and suggesting improvements to maximize success.

Major Areas of Accountability

• Oversee member accounts ensuring satisfaction and execution of marketing deliverables.
• Assist in developing strategic marketing plans.
• Optimize lead generation and nurturing processes through digital channels.
• Coordinate marketing activities with clients and partners.
• Ensure alignment with client strategy and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with teams to produce timely and budget-compliant campaigns.
• Develop and analyze marketing materials and strategies.
• Coordinate website development and modifications.
• Utilize CRM tools to monitor performance metrics.

Requirements

• BA or BS Degree in Marketing.
• Minimum of three years of related marketing experience.
• Excellent organization and project management skills.
• Proficient in CRM systems, data analysis, and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
• Occasional travel required (25%), including some weekends.

Preferences

• Experience with Adobe design programs (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
