This role offers the chance to work on exciting projects within our North America Zone Taste Elevation business, focusing on innovation and renovation in food product development.
Role Summary
In this scientific and technical role, you will provide direction and execution for projects, collaborating with various departments to drive business objectives. You will conduct experiments, test new products, and support the development and commercialization of our condiments and sauces. This position requires a collaborative mindset, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal guidance.
Requirements
- B.S. degree in Food, Dairy, Meat Science, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent
- Good communication, attention to detail, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to handle multiple assignments concurrently
- Strong understanding of Design of Experiments
- Sufficient hands-on lab experience from internship/co-op experience
Preferences
- Internship or Co-op experience in the food or consumer products industry
- Self-starter with a passion to learn
