The Opportunity
This is a onsite role at our St Paul, MN location. This is not a remote or hybrid role.
As the Manager, Product Security, you will serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in Product Cybersecurity (PCS) compliance within the BTS organization. You will lead the day-to-day operations of the Product Security Compliance function, ensuring alignment with internal quality systems and external regulatory requirements.
Lead and maintain the Product Security Compliance function, including:
Build and maintain strategic relationships with BTS, AQR, divisional quality groups, and IT stakeholders.
Apply knowledge of national and international cybersecurity regulations and frameworks, including:
Utilize cybersecurity audit techniques and control monitoring to support and maintain cybersecurity certifications.
Oversee the mapping and maintenance of product cybersecurity requirements; collaborate with impacted teams to ensure proper understanding and implementation.
Demonstrate expertise in quality management systems within highly regulated environments.
Maintain a thorough understanding of Abbott Quality System (AQR) cybersecurity requirements and their relationship to BTS Quality Systems.
Manage risks to business operations by identifying and addressing potential non-compliance issues.
Distinguish between quality and non-quality processes and documentation.
Educate and partner with business units to ensure seamless adoption and understanding of product security shared services.
Support continuous improvement initiatives through collaboration with key stakeholders.
Represent PCS in quality-related audits as needed.
Report on the performance of the PCS management system.
Oversee PCS quality system training for employees.
Collaborate with stakeholders to establish and maintain Product Security policies and procedures that meet regulatory, commercial, and internal quality system requirements. Advise teams on implementing additional controls as needed.
Work with divisional and business unit quality teams to integrate Product Security policies and procedures into product quality systems. Ensure appropriate hand-offs exist to maintain process integrity across systems.

The base pay for this position is $97,300.00 – $194,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
