This position works out of our Tashkent location in the EPD Division.
The Opportunity
Provide documentation and administrative support to the marketing department.
Prepare, manage, and finalize documentation related to: suppliers and contractors (contracts, invoices, closing documents); educational events for healthcare professionals; speakers (contracts, acts, invoices).
Compile and maintain complete documentation packages for events, including programs, participant lists, reports, and other documents in accordance with internal company procedures.
Ensure completeness, accuracy, and timely processing of all documents.
Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, accounting, finance, compliance) and external partners regarding document flow.
Submit full document packages to the accounting department on time and support the closing process.
Maintain registries, spreadsheets, and document archives.
Requirements
Higher or specialized secondary education.
Experience in administrative work or document management is an advantage. Understanding of contract and financial documentation processes.
Attention to detail, accuracy, and responsibility. Ability to work with a large volume of documents and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
Fluency in Russian is required; knowledge of Uzbek and English is an advantage.
