This position is located in our Los Militares, Las Condes offices in the Abbott Nutrition (ANI) division. Our nutrition business develops science-based nutrition products for people of all ages, from helping babies and children grow, to keeping adult bodies strong and active. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to ensure the execution and proper follow-up of actions associated with the brand strategy, considering the correct implementation according to the processes, ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines and compliance policies and optimizing resources to the maximum. Additionally, performing analysis of internal and external information sources in support of the development and generation of strategies.
What you will do:
- Coordinate the development, approval (Veeva) and availability of materials for consumers and health professionals.
- Support the execution of ATL, digital, BTL campaigns and medical education activities.
- Supervise medical activations, medical events, CMEs, speaker tours and launches.
- Participate in pre-alignment meetings with OEC, Legal, Medical and Regulatory.
- Manage and approve promotional materials according to internal processes and compliance guidelines.
- Coordinate work with external agencies and suppliers.
- Manage purchase orders in SAP, invoicing, provisions and payments to suppliers.
- Manage GPAS: creation, follow-up and closure of requests.
- Manage contracts with speakers and scientific sponsorships, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Follow up monthly on the A&P budget and ensure its correct execution.
- Ensure the stock of promotional materials and PEP, as well as coordinate their distribution.
- Follow up monthly on inventories of promotional materials.
- Coordinate with FFVV the generation of new promotional materials.
- Analyze market trends, competitor actions and key drivers.
- Evaluate the performance of executed actions through KPIs and ROI.
- Prepare presentations of strategies and events for the different managements.
Qualifications required:
- Studies in Business Administration or related fields.
- Ideally 3 years of support experience in Marketing and/or Commercial areas.
