Principal Duties:
Develops and articulates effective and innovative marketing strategies for areas of responsibility. Demonstrates ability to segment a market, select optimal target segments, and position effectively. Develops a marketing strategy that differentiates Abbott among consumers and fosters brand preference and loyalty. Manages the creation of high impact promotional material, full marketing budget, and project delivery. Ensures regulatory and legal guidelines are followed. Develops collaborative working relations with various teams and drives Abbott's business objectives. Communicates vision and strategies related to products/business. Works closely with the Sales Director to ensure collaborative execution of core programs. Establishes a productive work environment by creating trust and respect within team members.
