Marketing Manager – Mechanical Circulatory Support (MCS) | EMEA & APAC

As Marketing Manager for Mechanical Circulatory Support (MCS), you will lead strategic initiatives that shape patient pathways and expand access to life-saving therapies across EMEA and APAC.

What You'll Do

• Define and execute marketing strategies to accelerate adoption of Abbott's MCS solutions across diverse markets.
• Partner with regional and global teams to deliver integrated marketing plans and impactful product launches.
• Lead market development initiatives, including readiness assessments for new countries and business case submissions.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to communicate evidence-based benefits and support training programs.
• Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders and drive awareness through expert panels and referral networks.
• Analyze market trends and performance to identify growth opportunities and optimize strategies.
• Align demand planning and supply chain for successful product availability across regions.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive marketing experience in healthcare or medical devices (Class III preferred).
• Proven ability to influence across a matrix organization and lead regional initiatives.
• Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and a passion for improving patient outcomes.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience managing complex projects in fast-paced environments.
