This position is located in Los Militares, Las Condes, in the Nutrition Division (ANI). Our nutrition business develops science-based nutrition products for people of all ages, from helping babies and children grow, to keeping adult bodies strong and active. Millions of people around the world rely on our leading brands, including Similac®, PediaSure®, Pedialyte®, Ensure®, Glucerna®, and an extensive portfolio of food products to help obtain the nutrients they need to live their healthiest lives.

As a Product Manager, you will have the opportunity to implement the global strategies of the corporation supported by local programs, leading the innovation processes as a key business strategy, developing marketing plans for the designated brand, controlling and analyzing sales projections, expenses, and market share, and communicating to the organization the strategic objectives, positioning, and strategic plans of the brand.

What you will do:

  • Ensure the planning, execution, and control of marketing strategies through the realization and execution of the marketing plan and optimal use of its budget.
  • Lead and work with media and creative agencies to generate, adjust, and implement the different brand campaigns, ensuring the efficient use of available off and digital platforms.
  • Optimize the investment in sales support, medical samples, and advertising for the brand.
  • Active participation in the financial planning processes of the affiliate.
  • Lead the introduction of new brands/products.
  • Ensure the effectiveness of marketing programs to the service of external client needs and providing appropriate support to the sales force for the understanding and adaptation of these programs.
  • Constantly monitor the indicators of results, as well as the measurement of the return on investment and effectiveness of the campaigns through KPIs.
  • Understand the factors that influence sales and constantly monitor sales and margin results.
  • Presentations of strategy and results for all levels of the organization and senior management.
  • Lead the brand’s market research processes.
  • Participate in regional marketing teams for your brands.
  • Develop contingency plans to achieve results.
  • Follow up on the marketing mix variables in the different marketing channels.
  • Implementation and follow-up of the marketing budget.

Required qualifications:

  • University professional in careers of Commercial Engineering, Civil Engineering, and related fields.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Product Manager or Brand Manager in related industry (Laboratory, Dermocosmetics, Nutrition).
  • Knowledge in medical and consumer communication strategies.
  • Advanced knowledge of Office tools.
  • Advanced level of English.
