The Opportunity
This position is located in our commercial offices in the Providencia area.
As a Product Manager, you will have the opportunity to create and manage marketing and promotional activities for the product portfolio in charge. Seek and develop new commercial opportunities to achieve growth in sales and market share in the relevant market of your brands with the goal of increasing market share.
What You Will Do
- Manage the product portfolio in charge, conducting relevant market analysis, product categorization, life cycles, target medical segmentation, among others.
- Carry out and implement innovative, impactful marketing campaigns, incorporating omnichannel digital strategies into marketing campaigns.
- Know the trends in science, pharmaceutical development and associated technology, the market, and relevant competitors, with the aim of anticipating the competition and generating an adequate marketing plan for your product portfolio.
- Quantitative and qualitative management of investments, costs, results obtained, impact of implemented actions vs expected results, comprehensive management and analysis of the forecast of your brand and most relevant indicators.
- Communicate and train the promotion team and other relevant stakeholders.
- Define the investment plan of the brands in charge that ensures the profitability and margin of your business in a sustained manner.
- Constant interaction with the KAM team in order to actively participate in the decision-making process of commercial strategies.
- Establish relationships with Scientific Societies, Opinion Leaders, target medical groups by brand or therapeutic group. Planning, implementation, and participation in events with KOLs.
Required Qualifications
• University professional degree in Commercial Engineering or related field with at least 6 years of experience in Marketing. Previous experience as a Product Manager. We are looking for a person with a solid commercial profile, with innovation and creativity and excellent skills in effective communication and persuasion to achieve results. • Desirable experience in respiratory product franchise. • Experience in product launch, marketing plan and budget management. • Advanced English and Office skills.• Budget management. • KPI management, knowledge of IQVIA, DDD, B2B.
