The Opportunity
This position is located in our commercial offices in the Providencia area.
As a Product Manager, you will have the opportunity to create and manage marketing and promotional activities for the product portfolio in charge. Seek and develop new commercial opportunities to achieve growth in sales and market share in the relevant market of its brands with the goal of increasing market share.
What You Will Do
- Manage the product portfolio in charge, performing relevant market analysis, product categorization, life cycles, target medical segmentation, among others.
- Carry out and implement innovative, impactful marketing campaigns, incorporating omnichannel digital strategies into marketing campaigns.
- Know the trends of science, pharmaceutical and associated technological development, the market and relevant competitors, with the aim of anticipating the competition and generating an adequate marketing plan for its product portfolio.
- Quantitative and qualitative management of investments, costs, results obtained, impact of the implemented actions vs expected results, comprehensive management and analysis of the forecast of its brand and most relevant indicators.
- Communicate and train the promotion team and other relevant stakeholders.
- Define the investment plan of the brands in charge that ensures the profitability and margin of its business in a sustained manner.
- Constant interaction with the KAM team in order to actively participate in the decision-making process of commercial strategies.
- Establish relationship with Scientific Societies, Opinion Leaders, target medical groups by brand or therapeutic group. Planning, implementation and participation of events with KOLs.
Required Qualifications
• University degree in Commercial Engineering or related field with at least 6 years of experience in Marketing. Previous experience as a Product Manager. We are looking for a person with a strong commercial profile, with innovation and creativity and excellent skills in effective communication and persuasion to achieve results. • Desirable experience in the field of Gynecology and Women's Health. • Experience in product launch, marketing plan and budget management. • Fluency in English and advanced Office skills. • Budget management and KPI management. Knowledge of IQVIA, DDD, B2B.
