Job Description

1. Regional Management:

  • Develop customer databases, detailed profiles of hospitals/medical centers/healthcare specialists.
  • Evaluate, classify, and identify target customers, prioritize potential regions.
  • Build and maintain close relationships with key customers through ensuring company services meet requirements.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the region, report market information to higher management and marketing team.

2. Business Development:

  • Develop new business opportunities with current and potential customers, ensure successful implementation of Sales and Marketing programs in assigned regions.
  • Conduct daily customer visits efficiently, handle product feedback promptly.
  • Combine various activities (presentations, product consultations) in different locations: hospitals, health centers, kindergartens, food stores, supermarkets, and other customer organizations.

3. Planning and Organization:

  • Use customer data to plan detailed customer visits weekly, monthly, daily, allocate resources, or organize direct marketing activities to customers.

4. Other Tasks:

  • Update product information, scientific knowledge in healthcare.
  • Manage departmental reports accurately and timely.
  • Ensure activities comply with Company Code of Conduct and laws. Perform other tasks assigned by the Manager.

Requirements:

  • Prefer 1-3 years of experience as a Pharmacist or in the healthcare field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Medicine/Pharmacy.
  • Sales and customer persuasion skills.
  • Communication skills.
  • Work management skills, teamwork.
