As the Sales And Marketing Coordinator, you will support the Nordic & Baltic Neuromodulation team in executing daily operations, coordinating marketing initiatives, and contributing to the commercial strategy. This role is key to ensuring smooth business functioning and compliance across all activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure full compliance with Abbott's Code of Business Conduct, GDPR, health and safety regulations, and internal policies across all activities.
- Administer consultant contracts and documentation for promotional and educational events, including pre-approval forms, signatures, and payments, in full compliance with company procedures.
- Provide proactive operational support to the Country Manager and Sales Team to ensure smooth daily business execution.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and training events across the Nordic and Baltic region.
- Prepare high-quality documents, reports, presentations, and sales materials aligned with brand standards.
- Manage vendor registrations, purchase orders (POs), contracts, and invoicing processes in line with procurement and compliance requirements.
- Support onboarding of new employees, including travel arrangements, material orders, and internal coordination.
- Collaborate with Marketing to execute campaigns, product launches, and sponsorship activities.
- Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics and ensure brand consistency across channels.
- Maintain inventory of promotional materials and demo units, ensuring availability and proper documentation.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives such as milestone celebrations and vacation planning.
- Archive all signed agreements and documentation according to company policy and compliance standards, supporting audit readiness and internal controls.
Your Profile:
- High school diploma required.
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, marketing, or communications preferred.
- 2+ years in marketing, business support, or commercial roles in healthcare or medical devices.
- Fluent in Swedish and English (written and spoken); additional Nordic/Baltic languages are a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
- Team-oriented, customer-focused, and proactive.
