This position works out of our location in Wiesbaden (Abbott GmbH) in the Business Technology Services division. As the Senior IT Business Analyst – Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for bridging ADC's (Abbott Diabetes Care) commercial and digital marketing strategies with effective IT solutions. You will partner with marketing, e-commerce, and commercial teams to transform customer engagement objectives into scalable, global digital platforms (CRM, marketing automation, content management systems, digital asset management), serving both B2B and B2C channels. You will operate at the intersection of business and IT, supporting launch programs and optimizing digital operations across regions.
This role offers exposure to global initiatives, a regulated healthcare environment, and innovative digital marketing systems within a highly collaborative and matrixed IT organization.
Min. bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in digital marketing, eCommerce, CRM, or customer experience IT projects. Proven track record in global, matrix environments. Experience with GxP validation and vendor management. Strong knowledge of Agile SCRUM development methodologies. Ability to define best practices for web and mobile solution design, integrating multiple cloud platforms to achieve business outcomes. Hands-on experience in designing and hosting customer-facing digital assets, including websites and mobile applications. Familiarity with software quality assurance processes and regulatory compliance requirements. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Master's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience in organizational management within large-scale, global business models. Interdisciplinary, intercultural, and influencing skills with the ability to build effective networks. Experience working in globally distributed teams and matrixed environments. Understanding of solutions in Content Management, Digital Asset Management, CRM, Medical Legal Review, content tagging, and workflow design. Ability to interpret and contribute to conceptual systems and solution architecture. Familiarity with the healthcare ecosystem, reimbursement models, or MedTech industry. Experience supporting business development initiatives with platforms such as Salesforce, eWizard, Adobe Campaign, AWS Lambda, and AWS Lex. Prior exposure to diabetes care or medical device sectors. Understanding of global cybersecurity and privacy regulations, including GDPR.
