The position will be filled at our Wetzlar location - Abbott Medical GmbH - in the Vascular department for 15-20 hours per week. Abbott Vascular offers innovative, minimally invasive products for the treatment of vascular diseases.
Your Tasks
- Support in the creation and adaptation of marketing materials (e.g., brochures, newsletters) and internal presentations
- Support in the planning of congresses
- Coordination of translations with our internal translation team and regional marketing managers
- Coordination of service providers (e.g., requests for quotes)
- Support in strategic marketing analyses via Excel
- Administrative support of the marketing team
Your Qualification
- You are enrolled in a social, economic, or natural sciences program
- You are flexible, creative, and an absolute team player
- Your independent working style is complemented by your very good communication skills
- You have very good German and English language skills
- You have a confident command of MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel
