This position works out of our Imazium Damansara location in the Abbott Nutrition division. As a Revenue Growth Manager (RGM), you will lead the development and execution of Revenue Growth Management (RGM) strategies to drive sustainable and profitable growth for Abbott Nutrition Malaysia. Acting as a strategic partner to Commercial and Trade Marketing leadership, the role collaborates cross functionally to strengthen commercial decision making and influence channel strategies in line with long term growth objectives.

- Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Commercial Excellence & Supply chain.
Minimum Experience/Training Required:
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Commercial Strategy, Category Management, Sales Planning, or Revenue Growth Management within FMCG, Nutrition, Consumer Healthcare, or related industries.
- Strong commercial acumen with proven experience in pricing strategy, promotion management, and trade investment optimization.
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
- Experience working across multiple trade channels including pharmacy, modern trade, and general trade.
- Proven stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strong communication, influencing, and presentation capabilities.
- Experience in leading capability building and change management initiatives is preferred.
